Spacious and modern suites equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the location is perfect, right in the city center within walking distance of historical sites and main tapas restaurants. the receptionists are friendly and efficient, always available to assist. the building is well-maintained with lockers available for luggage storage.
The check-in time of 4 pm is also considered late by some guests, which can be inconvenient. instructions and arrangements for parking should be made clear beforehand to avoid confusion and stress upon arrival.

I absolutely loved the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. The decor was charming and reminded me of my grandmother's house, with floral patterns and antique furniture. The common areas were spacious and well-lit, making it easy for seniors like myself to navigate around. Plus, there were plenty of comfortable seating options where I could relax and read a book or chat with other guests.
The only thing I would ask for is a bit more assistance from the staff. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there were too busy or didn't have the knowledge to help with certain inquiries.

Great value for money with spacious and clean rooms. The separate living room was a nice touch. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk away from the historical center and main tapas/restaurants. I also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the kettle and filter coffee machine.
The check-in process lacked personal contact and was quite slow. Having to enter my name and other details on a slow program was frustrating.
